My goal has always been to help individuals, couples, and families create joy, safety, and success (however you define it!) in their own lives so that we all can work together to create a safer and more connected world. That goal led me to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I know that sometimes life throws us unexpected challenges. It is my great privilege to walk with you when you are facing those challenges so that we can refocus on creating the life you want and deserve.

I have a Bachelors Degree in Sociology and Family Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (2005). I have a Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (2007). I have been practicing in Washington for nearly 20 years and have worked in a variety of settings including school based, in-home, office based and now exclusively tele-therapy.

My passion is in working with you to develop a plan that integrates and honors your background, the challenges you are currently facing, and the future you would like to create for yourself. I tend to work with narrative and emotion focused therapy as well as somatic techniques guiding me, but creating a strong relationship where I can understand and support your goals is primary to me. I will work collaboratively with you so that each session is tailored to meet your specific needs.
